Bathroom remodels are one of those jobs where cutting corners shows immediately. The details are everything - from how level the floor tile sits to how cleanly the shower walls line up. We take that seriously on every single job.
Here's where this one stands right now. The floor tile is set and spaced with leveling clips throughout, keeping every joint tight and even across the entire room. The main bathroom floor and the shower floor are two completely different tile choices, which adds visual interest without looking busy.
The shower is where this remodel really starts to shine. We went with large-format marble-look porcelain on the walls - floor to ceiling - paired with a smaller mosaic tile on the shower floor. The built-in niche is already framed out and tiled, and the valve and drain hardware are roughed in and ready to go. That combination of large wall tile and textured floor tile is both practical and sharp-looking.
Next on the list are the cabinets and paint. Once those are in, this space goes from a construction zone to a finished bathroom fast. It's always one of our favorite parts of a remodel - watching it all click into place in the final stretch.
Good tile work is the foundation of a bathroom remodel that holds up for years. Get the tile right, and everything else builds on top of it cleanly. That's the approach we bring to every bathroom remodeling job we take on.
